Cancellation and Refund Policy (For Donations)
Introduction
devLIFT is a non-profit organization working towards education and development. We deeply appreciate every donation made to support our cause. However, as donations are voluntary and used for charitable purposes, we follow a strict no-refund policy except in certain cases.
Refund Policy:

Donations once made are non-refundable except in cases of accidental duplicate transactions or technical errors.

If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at devlift.uk@gmail.com

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy:

Recurring donations can be canceled anytime by contacting us or through the donor’s payment service provider.

Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled due to its immediate allocation to projects.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
devLIFT primarily accepts donations to support social initiatives and does not sell physical products requiring shipping.
Digital Products (If Applicable):

If any donor receives a digital receipt, certificate, or acknowledgment, it will be sent via email within 24 hours of donation.

No physical goods are shipped.
